Following the entry into force of Legislative Decree 24/2023, Fimeur S.r.l. has implemented an IT platform for the management of Whistleblowing reports. This platform has been designed to ensure that all reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality and privacy, allowing access to the related information only to authorized individuals with the appropriate professional qualifications.
Reports can concern any unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001, offenses falling within the scope of EU or national regulations related to the sectors identified by Legislative Decree 24/2023, or violations of company procedures. Reports may be made not only by employees but also by suppliers, collaborators, freelancers, consultants, and shareholders.
Manifestly unfounded, opportunistic reports or those made solely to harm the reported person or any other individuals involved in the report will not be considered and may be subject to disciplinary sanctions or legal proceedings.
