zinc-phosphate-coating-1

Zinc phosphate coating consists of a special metal treatment which is mostly applied as anti-corrosive protection inhibiting rust or other oxidants action.

The particular non-metallic structure of the zinc phosphate coating surface (which assumes a different grey colouring according to the type of phosphate processed metal) it is in fact an ideal base for the retention of eventual corrosion inhibitors, as well as having good anti-corrosive properties.

Although wear and tear protection is the main purpose of the zinc phosphate coating treatment, it can also be used as a solid anchorage base for successive gluing of materials such as rubber, Teflon, lacquers or paints.
