The microphosphate coating can be considered as the evolution of traditional phosphate treatments, apt to produce a coating with the highest performances and – above all –applicable to various requirements of metal chemical conversion.

Microphosphate coated metals reveal a lower friction coefficient than other phosphate processed surfaces and present a dense microcrystal layer from chemical conversion of bolts and screw using reduced thickness treatments.

Zinc (Zn) and zinc-calcium (Zn-Ca) microphosphate coating treatments can be performed according to the specific project needs.
